We're currently in the early access phase. We're working closely with a select group of bookstores to refine our features. We anticipate a broader release in Q4 2024, but this may change based on feedback and development progress.
We take data security seriously. Orxle employs bank-level encryption for all data transfers and storage. We're implementing Zero Trust AI principles to ensure robust protection of your sensitive information. Our systems are regularly audited for security compliance.
During the early access phase, we offer priority email support with a 24-hour response time. We also host weekly video calls for our early adopters to discuss feature requests and provide guidance. As we scale, we plan to introduce more comprehensive support options.
Orxle's AI models are constantly learning and improving. In our initial tests, our Inventory Optimizer has shown an average accuracy of 85% in predicting bestsellers. However, it's important to note that AI predictions should be used in conjunction with your expertise and local knowledge.

During our early access phase, Orxle is free for participating bookstores. We're still finalizing our pricing model, but we're considering a tiered system based on store size and feature usage. We're committed to keeping Orxle affordable for independent bookstores of all sizes.
We're actively working on integrations with popular bookstore POS systems. Currently, we offer a simple CSV import option. We're continuously expanding our integration capabilities based on user needs.
